ADR currently does not support 64bit application.

We want to integrate DWF Viewer(ADR) in inv 64bit, but the program will
crash. also we want to transfer to Inventor viewer, but it didn't support
integrate with Inventor, so crazy.

I've looked for API for ADR - 2010, but there aren't any API for markup tools. Is this posible to make this by service?

Yes, it is BPJ file.

With regard to the two points you would like to make, you can use markup tools in Autodesk Design Review (ADR).
